Our fabrics have been specifically designed to provide freedom of movement and comfort at work. Our blouses, jackets and trousers are made up of 97% cotton fibre allowing for better breathability, plus 3% elastomer to optimise comfort for wearers when they are working. Our shirts also have a very similar composition similar (94% cotton fibre and 6% elastomer).
This is why we created the slogan “Cotton Feels Better”, because cotton is the fabric that professionals in the beauty, spa and wellness sector choose, because of its high level of breathability, freshness and comfort.
Other essential details that make our garments special are the stain-resistant finish, as they incorporate a Teflon® finish that repels oil, mud, chocolate and other stains, making removal easy. And the crease-resistant finish, which makes ironing easier. (Except for T-shirts)
None of our garments require special care and they do not need to be dry-cleaned, you simply have to follow the instructions:
Wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC (104ºF)
Do not use bleach
Iron lightly
Do not machine dry
Of course, for orders of over 20 units we will personalise the garments with your company’s logo. We usually embroider this, due to its high resistance to washing and greater visual impact. If you want to personalise your uniforms, contact us and we will inform you.

1. Make sure that the country selected at the top is the destination country for the order. If not you can change it by accessing the list of countries, above to the left. There are countries in which, at the present time, online sales are not possible and orders still have to be maid by mail or phone.

3. You can view the models that you have chosen at any time by clicking on “See my shopping basket”. When you have finished shopping just click on “Finish shopping”.
4. Fill in the form with your delivery data and form of payment.

For payment with a credit card. Our page will connect with the bank and it will be the bank page that provides the card data (For your security and our own, Balneo never keeps customers’ bank data).
For Paypal payments. In the same way as with credit cards, our page will connect up with the Paypal page and it will be this page that provides your data.
For bank transfer payments. Once you have made your online purchase you will have to arrange for a bank transfer to the bank account number that we provide you with. It is important that in the field “reference” of the transfer always fill in the order number. The order will not be sent until we have received confirmation from the bank.
6. Once the data have been validated and payment confirmation obtained you will be able to see an itemisation of your order and print it out as proof of purchase. You will also receive this information by e-mail.

At Balneo Elements we employ maximum security measures for our purchasing process. Our payment gateway uses a “secure payment” system, with encoded exchange of data via SSL protocol of up to 256 bits, and direct communication between the customer and the bank when paying with a bank card. In this way nobody from outside the bank will b able to find out your card data, our own staff do not even have access to this data.

Delivery costs are calculated depending on the basis of the total number of products purchased and the country of destination, which is why they are not calculated until the end of the purchasing process. If you wish you can calculate them yourself, using the following table:

At Balneo Elements we use the services of the world’s leading transport company UPS (www.ups.com), which means that your delivery will be absolutely guaranteed.
Once the order has been sent in we will inform you of the tracking no. and the carrier that will make the delivery.
In order to avoid delivery incidents (wrong addresses, impossibility of finding anybody at home), it is essential that you fill in the contact phone box.
Once you receive the order sent e-mail your order should be delivered within an estimated 72 hours, although it could take up to 4 more days, depending on destination location and country. The delivery deadlines in countries with distributors varies between 7 and 15 days.
We do not make partial order deliveries. In those cases where we do not have any of the products included in the order in stock we will wait until we have filled the complete order before going ahead with delivery.
When your order leaves our warehouses you will receive an informative e-mail with the transport company's tracking no., allowing you to verify the status of the order on their web.
You can make your orders online. Once you have made your order the distributor will contact you to finalise sale details (how to pay and shipping costs) and will inform you of the delivery date for your order.

The Balneo Elements garments guarantee excludes replacement in the following cases:
The Balneo Spa products guarantee will compensate for any inconvenience caused to the customer by either delivering a new garment free of charge or returning the purchase price.
The order can be cancelled as long as it has yet to be sent. Bear in mind that our orders are normally sent within the 24 hours of being placed, so please make sure that notification of any cancellation or modification of your order is made by e-mail or phone during the 24 hours following the placing of the order.
Once the order has left our warehouses it can no longer be cancelled, although you can send it back after it has been delivered, as per the conditions indicated in Exchanges and Returns.
Our aim is to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied. If for any reason (size, colour...) you are not satisfied with your order when you receive it you have 15 days in which to return or exchange it.
Before going ahead with any exchange or return make sure that your order complies with the following conditions:
You will only have to pay the costs of sending the product back to Balneo Elements. We will not accept carriage forward deliveries. Once we have received the goods we will go ahead and send the new size or new model completely free of charge. Balneo Elements will also return the difference if the product you want has a lower price than the one you are exchanging it for. Balneo Elements will inform you of the charge if the price of the product you want is higher than that of the one that you are exchanging.

Note: Balneo Spa attempts to show the colours of the garments in a way that is as close to the reality as possible. Nevertheless these colours may be subject to variations, depending on the affects of the lighting or the quality of the photography, your computer screen or other factors beyond our control. If you have any doubts regarding the colour of any of our models please contact us.
Before going ahead with any return you must make sure that your order complies with the following requirements:
If these conditions are met, Balneo will return to you the cost paid for the merchandise, minus original delivery costs. If it is a case of a manufacturing or quality defect attributable to Balneo Spa, the full price of your invoice will be returned to you within 10 working days.
The cost of returning the goods will always be met by the customer. Balneo Elements will not accept carriage forward deliveries.
